Tickets, merch, and memberships are paid through Midtrans. Refund eligibility and timelines depend on the product purchased and are described at the point of sale. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Events
Event details, dates, and venues may change. We will notify ticket holders by email when material changes occur.
Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or upload unlawful content.
