5 Sunday Rituals That Changed Our Week

From journaling prompts to phone-free afternoons — our members share the micro-routines that helped them thrive.

We asked our community: what is one Sunday ritual that changed how you show up for your week? The responses were so good, we had to share them.

1. The Sunday Letter. Dina, 29, writes herself a one-paragraph letter every Sunday night. Not goals — just a check-in. "How are you doing? What do you need this week?" She says it is the most honest conversation she has all week.

2. The Phone-Free Morning. Rara, 34, leaves her phone in another room until noon every Sunday. "The first three weeks were unbearable. Now it is the thing I protect most fiercely in my week."

3. The Gratitude Walk. Mira, 26, walks without earphones and says one thing she is grateful for per step. "It sounds cheesy. It works completely."

4. The Weekly Review + Reset. Kartika, 31, spends 20 minutes reviewing the week and writing down three things she wants to feel more of next week. Not do — feel. "The shift from task-based to feeling-based planning changed everything."

5. The Cook-and-Call. Indah, 28, calls her mother while cooking Sunday lunch. "It is not a ritual I invented. It is one I rediscovered. And it anchors my whole week."

We would love to know yours. Share your Sunday ritual with us at hi@wowmengroup.com or tag us on Instagram.
